The CJS Conveyance Mission

The consulting engineering field is a large and varied landscape.  Firms can range from multi-thousand person firms eager for the next acquisition, to the smallest firm who is content with a limited amount of clients and complexity of work.  At CJS we strive to provide service that brings the best of each of these firm types.  We have over 50 years of combined experience focused on conveyance projects of nearly every size and complexity from small 2-inch water main replacements within urban settings to 72-inch gravity sewer through backyards.  In the course of our experience we have taken pride in providing superior service to our clients regardless of the complexity or size of the project.  Unfortunately at large firms the focus can become skewed toward the largest projects at the expense of "smaller" conveyance projects. Our aim is to fill the void created by this focus on only the largest of projects by the mega firms and the tendency for smaller firms to think only locally.  We understand that our decaying infrastructure is becoming more critical each day and there is no substitute for rolling up your sleeves and dealing with the issues associated with replacement or rehabilitation of these critical assets.  Furthermore, our economy is growing again and demand on infrastructure to support development and expansion growth is increasing daily. Our experience makes us uniquely qualified to tackle these challenges on a wide range of projects. 


CJS Conveyance provides comprehensive water resource planning and infrastructure design services as well as permitting, bid/award and construction services for public and private clients.
