Chris Windley, PE - Founding Member

Chris was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and has lived in North Carolina all of his life. He takes pride in serving customers throughout the state and being a part of improving the state's infrastructure. He has been a professional engineer since 2004 and is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia. He is married with two children and lives in Cary, NC. His personal interest include outdoor activities, family time, volunteering, attending concerts and sporting events, and going on vacation. 

Chris has spent his 16 years in engineering serving public and private customers with a focus in water and wastewater conveyance system projects. He has spent nearly equal amount of time on water and wastewater project work with a focus on preliminary engineering studies, pipeline and pump station design, and construction administration services. He has managed projects for many customers, serving as the client manager and engineering manager. His project management experience includes several large water and wastewater projects spanning from large diameter gravity sewer interceptors to water treatment plants and regional water supply systems.  Chris is accustomed to managing projects from the initiation stage to completion of construction and project closeout. 


Jeremy Rivenbark, PE - Founding Member

Born in Wilmington, Jeremy has lived in North Carolina his entire life. He is a NC State University graduate and has put his engineering degree to use serving numerous clients across the state. He has been a professional engineer since 2004. He is married with two children and lives in Raleigh, NC. His personal interests include outdoor activities, family time, hunting, fishing, volunteering, attending concerts and sporting events, and going on vacation. 

His 16 years in engineering has been focused serving public and private clients with an emphasis on water and wastewater conveyance system projects. His water and wastewater project work has involved both large and small diameter pipeline design and construction, elevated tank projects, water and gravity sewer replacements, and reuse distribution system development. He has managed many projects for numerous owners, serving as the client lead and engineering manager. Jeremy has lead projects in both rural and urban settings, with extensive permitting and regulatory approval requirements, and managed these projects from initialization through project construction.  He has extensive experience providing construction administration services to ensure project coordination is seamless from beginning to end.


Stephen Leitch, PE - Founding Member

Stephen was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and has lived in North Carolina most of his life. He is an NC State University graduate and avid Wolfpack fan.  He has utilized his engineering degree by serving clients across the state and throughout the country and has been a registered professional engineer since 2004. He is married with two sons and lives in Fuquay-Varina, NC where much of his free time is spent shuttling his kids to their various soccer engagements. His personal interests includes triathlons, hanging out with family and friends, basketball, and family vacations.  


Stephen has spent 16 years in the engineering field serving public and private customers with a near total focus in water and wastewater conveyance system projects. His expertise includes all phases of design and construction related to pipelines with a large range in diameter, elevated storage tanks, and water and wastewater pump stations. He has managed projects for many customers, serving as client manager and engineering manager. Stephen has lead many projects with extensive permitting and regulatory approval requirements and managed these projects from initiation through project construction, providing construction administration services to ensure project coordination is seamless from beginning to end.


Joey Bailey - Lead Designer

Joey was born in Plymouth, North Carolina and has lived in North Carolina all his life. He takes pride in serving numerous clients across the state.  He is married with two daughters and lives in Apex, NC.  His personal interests include family time, football, and basketball.

Joey has spent 16 years in the engineering field serving public and private customers with an emphasis on water and wastewater conveyance system projects.  His expertise includes all phases of design related to both large and small diameter pipeline, elevated tank projects, water and gravity sewer replacements, and reuse distribution system development.  He has lead the development of a significant number of conveyance design projects including nearly every entity in the triangle area and many more throughout the state of North Carolina.  He is proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D as well as Bentley Microstation.
