Duchess Downs Sanitary Sewer

After completing a study and preliminary engineering report, CJS recommended constructing approximately 8,200 feet of 16-inch gravity sewer to abandon the Duchess Downs WWPS and redirect its flows to the Adam Pointe WWPS. CJS is now providing design, permitting, easement surveying and mapping, environmental investigations, bid and construction phase assistance, and record drawings for the project.
