CJS providing preliminary engineering evaluations for the replacement of an existing aerial 12-inch water main along Marine Boulevard on the south side of the bridge at Chaney Creek. The evaluations included structural assessments of existing aerial supports, wetland delineations, geotechnical investigations, alternative analyses, construction cost opinions, and preliminary trenchless and aerial crossing designs.
